We often receive the question: ‘how can I help if I live abroad’? Let us tell you a story.

When Serena, one of our volunteers, left Second Tree, she burst into tears on the plane back.

Lucia, a stranger, asked why and Serena explained. She told her about the camps, the people; the sorrow, the hope. Lucia said: “I’ll go home and organize a fundraiser for Second Tree.”

Organizing a fundraiser is one of the simplest ways to support us, and it makes a difference.
